Short Term Action Plan

*ELA: Goal 1: During the 2025-2026 school year, we will demonstrate an 8-percentage point increase in the number of 3 rd - 5 th grade students performing at the proficient and distinguished levels in ELA (25% to 33%) as evidenced by the Spring 2026 GMAS. In K-2nd grade, we will demonstrate a 3-percentage point increase in student achievement in reading as evidenced in the Spring 2026 MAP.

*Math: Goal 2: During the 2025-2026 school year, we will demonstrate an 8-percentage point increase in the number of 3 rd - 5 th grade students performing at the proficient and distinguished levels in Math (34% to 42%) as evidenced by the Spring 2026 GMAS.

*Science: Goal 3: During the 2025-2026 school year, we will demonstrate an 8-percentage point increase in the number of 3 rd - 5 th grade students performing at the proficient and distinguished levels in science (27% to 35%) as evidenced by the Spring 2026 GMAS.

*Culture and Climate: Goal 4: During the 2025-2026 school year, we will decrease the number of office referrals by 5% (from 55 to 52) with a focus on decreasing the top 3 infractions: physical offence: battery of student/no injury (16 referrals); disruptive behaviors on the bus (12 referrals); and disruptive behaviors in the classroom (5 referrals).

*Student Attendance: Goal 5: During the 2025-2026 school year, we will demonstrate a 3-percentage point increase for student attendance as evidenced by the CCRPI Readiness Attendance Score (from 88% to 91%) while increasing the daily average attendance rate by 3-percentage points (94% to 97%).
