Campus Kids 2024-2025 Registration Form
Dates and Hours of Operation
The Campus Kids Program will begin on the first day of school and end on the last day of the school year. The program will not operate during the Winter Break, Spring Break, teacher workdays, and designated holidays. The program will operate Monday through Friday from the close of the school day until 6:30pm.
Registration and Enrollment
It is the responsibility of the parents to properly register and enroll their child(ren) in the program. There is a one time non-refundable $20.00 registration fee and a form to fill out on each child. Payment of registration fee and an enrollment contract must be completed before any child can participate in the program. Parents' signature on the enrollment contract shall indicate their reading, understanding Campus Kids, accepting and complying with the policies and procedures of the Campus Kids program.
Tuition
Payments are due on Fridays by 11:59 PM
Tuition rates are as follows.
$50.00 per week for EACH child.
A $10.00 per day drop-in rate is available if tuition is prepaid on Friday for the upcoming week.
● There are no pro-rated, daily drop-in days, credits, refunds, banked days, or
carryover days
● Payments are only accepted via debit or credit card using SchoolCash Online.
● Payments can be made in one, two, or four week increments
● Payments are due on Fridays by 11:59 PM
● A late fee of $10 will be assessed if CKIDS Tuition is paid between 12:00 AM
Saturday through 11:59 PM Monday.
● If a payment is received after 11:59 p.m. on Friday, tuition and the late fee must
be paid by 12:00 PM on Monday for the student to attend the CKIDS Program
that same day (Monday).
● Students whose tuition has not been paid by 12:00 PM on Monday, will not be
able to report to CKIDS that day. Parents can pay tuition and the late fee by
11:59 PM on Monday and the student can return to CKIDS on Tuesday
afternoon.
● Parents whose child does not attend CKIDS for any week due to non-payment
must cover any missed week’s tuition prior to their child’s return to the CKIDS
Program.
● When a parent has not paid tuition for one week and their child attends CKIDS
the following week, the parent will need to pay tuition for the missed week to
maintain the child’s space in the program and tuition for the current week. This
is the practice in both public and private childcare facilities.
● In instances when a parent has not paid tuition for two weeks, either
consecutively or intermittently, the student will be withdrawn from the CKIDS
Program. This withdrawal will allow students and parents on the waitlist to be
admitted to CKIDS and allows adequate staffing balances to be maintained. The
student will be placed on the bottom of the waiting list and able to re-enter the
program once space becomes available. An additional registration fee is not
required.
Credits will not be issued except in cases when students are out of the program due to illness and/or family emergency lasting more than one week or due to cancellation of the entire daily program due to inclement weather.
For tax purposes the Federal Identification number is 58-6000212. We are not responsible for keeping an account of childcare expenses for your tax year. Please use receipts for tax totals.
Late Fees
For tuition not received on Friday, a $10.00 late fee per child will be added to the tuition rate and must be paid by 6:00 p.m. on Monday. No tuition payments will be received after Monday each week. Children will be removed from the program on Monday evening if tuition for the week is not paid.
LATE PICK UP POLICY
6:31 - 6:40 p.m - $ 10.00
6:41 - 6:45 p.m. - $l5.00 per child
6:46 p.m. and later, the fine assessed is $1:00 per minute per child
At 6:45 p.m., Protective Services will be called to pick up child.
Three (3) violations for late pickup will result in the student being dismissed from the program for the remainder of the school year.
LATE PICK- UP FINES MUST BE PAID WHEN THE CHILD IS PICKED UP. NON-PAYMENT OF THE PICK-UP FEE WILL RESULT IN SUSPENDING THE CHILD FROM THE PROGRAM UNTIL THE FINE IS PAID.
